Local Control Funding Form (LCFF)
All families play a critical role in ensuring our school receives crucial funding from the state. You can do your part by completing the required Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) application online no later than October 31. Regardless of your income, the LCFF Application must be completed by all families for David Lubin to receive funding. Please note that all the information submitted remains strictly confidential.
In order to receive VITAL funding, that has in the past allowed David Lubin to purchase MacBook computers, FOSS Science Curriculum and kits, and hire a two-day-a-week social worker, it is more important than ever before that you to complete the LCFF form. The form should only take a couple of minutes to complete and an electronic version of the form can be found on the district website, click here or go to https://scusd.rocketscanapps.com/default.aspx.
- To submit an application, after you join the website, read the terms and conditions and check the box to say that you have
- Submit one application per household and include children and adults living in the household
- Then type in your name and click the ‘Next Task’ button
- On the next page, please DO NOT check the ‘I do not wish to apply’ box
- Instead click ‘Next Task’ and input details for your student, clicking ‘Add this child.’ Repeat this step for each child you have that attends David Lubin.
